3.00–7.00 pm | „Tulip craft” | soda soap decoration workshop + guided tour of the exhibition
Bubbly tulips in different colours waiting to be done! All cleanliness freaks are invited to soap making workshops.
Soda soap, or, in other words, soap bars do not have to be white, beige or grey. Quite to the contrary – they can become a true work of art! Inspired with colours of contemporary bulb flowers – tulips, daffodils, hyacinths – we will approach soap making with a creative and artistic spirit.
The meeting will start next to the palace ticket window. Then we will move together to the Orangery to search for new inspirations. The workshop will begin about 45 minutes later in the Coach House with calculating the soap recipe.
At workshops we will use ready-to-use soap bars which we will paint using art brushes. Both soap bars and the soap mass used for soap painting will be made of grease of such plants as shea butter, coconut oil, rice bran oil, grape seed oil, apricot oil or sweet almond or olive oil. An isinglass palette will be used for dyeing. Each attendee will leave the workshop with one bar of a craft soda bar he or she made on his/her own.
